Busy day, Seb had his underwater swim photoshoot (yes, that's really a thing!), gym, gardening etc.

Holly is up to visit and the girls went to Harrogate. Leaving me and Seb at home. 

Probably should have shaved. Couldn't decide easily between this one (facial expression explained by being in the middle of trying to encourage him to smile) and the extra upload.
