Anne's Glass

I woke up this morning to havoc in the garden - gales with gusts of 60 mph have been recorded!. Luckily the trees are still standing.  Not a day for outside photography - I hate the wind and it definitely interferes with my EMF.  Three years ago to this day my best friend died, so my blip commemorates that. The glass was her present to me one Christmas  -  or was it one Birthday!  It stands on my window sill and I have taken it with the garden as a backdrop. She loved my garden because, living in London, she hadn't one of her own. The glass has engravings of butterflies and dragonflies and lots of flowers so even in the Winter I have a sight of Summer.  Have a nice weekend, Everyone:-)
