Different, but the same!

This morning was awesome; I went to Fernhill Wetlands with my two birding friends. We saw so many birds and I finally got a photo of a green heron. I have seen one before, but they always disappeared before I could get a shot. I saw several today and got many opportunities for clear shots; however, my settings or something wasn't perfect so they are a bit of a blur.

So, why did I title this the way I did? Look at the extra photo; my birding friends assured me that these green herons are exactly the same  bird. They look so different, but I was told that they stretch their neck when they are walking around.
