Contemplating.........
....................A Wet Day
Cold and wet today, but the plane departed only a little behind schedule.
As always, it was sad saying goodbye to our daughter and grandchildren. Of course the children were excited knowing their father would be waiting for them all at Wellington airport.
As we were returning to Motueka via the coast road, this White Heron was standing in the tidal area amongst the rushes, but quite near the road. It was raining hard so it was a matter of winding the car window down to take this photo!
Thank you for the best wishes, stars and hearts for my unofficial blip milestone yesterday. It was all the more special because it features two pairs of small hands belonging to my young grandchildren – Sophia, 5yrs and Marcus, 4yrs.
