Long day on the computer, working on a newsletter layout at home, technology has not been my friend today.. Frustrated would be an understatement! But got quite a lot done in the end..

I took myself off out tonight as the sun was setting for a 3 mile walk round the lovely suffolk countryside on our doorstep!
