Maintenance

The pond at work has become very overgrown over the last few months with a large iris that is a real thug!
In view of this we decided enough was enough and yesterday and today we went to war!!! 
luckily for us the Iris gave in gracefully (well it put up a bit of a fight) and we now have a lovely clear two thirds of our pond ready for the remaining dragonflies and damselflies to hatch.
In light of this,  today's shot is Debs struggling to get to the root of the problem! bless her she did almost all the pulling and ended up covered in silt and gunk!
Charlii is looking after another baby Hedgehog, who she is calling Stanley, he is quite fiesty and very sweet I have added a shot as an extra.
