VALERIAN - AND ADDED CAT.

Bit of a non event of a day.  Got up this morninmg, had breakfast - and went back to bed.  Just felt weary. 

Got up again around 2pm but still had no energy.  So I just stayed indoors and did nothing much.  Managed to stir myself and make some mini quiches.

This morning it was rainy but it brightened up and turned into quite a nice day.  Tino and Lily were outdoors quite a lot.

For Flower Friday I took a shot of the ( what I think is ) Valerian. Also known as Fox's Brush, Jupiter's Beard or Kiss Me Quick.  Tino is in the background.
