Arrived to a sunny London. Heathrow was packed, no surprise. Having to navigate the elevator, train, escalators (3 of them, I think!) at Terminal 5 on arrival always throws me off. It's an obstacle course before reaching passport control/immigration. Perhaps it's to make sure we're all awake? The dreaded immigration lines at Heathrow were happily not as recently reported in the news, I was through in the normal amount of time. First day the Hammersmith Flyover (pictured) was open since being closed in December 2011. Managed to stay awake until a respectable UK bedtime hour.
