Summer Time, and the living is easy.....

So, this would be the "wild flower meadow" i planted at the front of the house. 

I planted them from seeds harvested from last years flowers, and Countryfile's wild seed pack. 

I wanted a border of colourful blues, and yellows and whites, and pinks and red and of course my lavender .... 

Currently it is being blasted by 40 mile and hour winds, having survived enough water to totally flood the Sahara last night.

And the butterflies?   If they have any sense they'll have emigrated.
