All yellow

I have no idea what the flower of this shrub is so welcome any suggestions. We managed a walk of about 6 miles this afternoon. The lorry driver's insurance company claim the accident we had last Tuesday has nothing to do with them. However, it was all filmed on CCTV and the driver did admit responsibility to the police but for the time being we are making a claim via our own insurance company. The damage is being assessed early next week.
