You've got a friend..

Lily has not been herself today, following her op yesterday. I couldn't get her to eat any food that had pain medication in it, though she nibbled at carrot and kale. She has looked very down lall day and scarcely moved. I have to confess at times I wondered if she was still breathing!
So, late this afternoon, we brought Honey in from outside to 'visit' her - result!  Almost immediately she perked up and they both started grooming each other. She has now left the confines of her'cage' and is exploring the room. Thank you Honey!
