Up To Their Knees

This could be a follow-up to yesterday's blip.

Lots of heavy rain last night caused the river to burst it's banks yet the field across from the house wasn't overly flooded. A different story in the village. I was surprised to see that the path behind the wooden mill was flooded and that the sheep were flooded too. It was very strange and unexpected so probably why the sheep hadn't been moved last night. I've added another shot to show more of the sheep.

More heavy rain forecast for tonight so probably more flooding to come.
