At my work we are 10 persons and every friday someone from our group is cooking food and we are eating lunch together. Today it was my turn and I made a swedish salmon cake. The bottom of this cake is made of brown bread and above the bread there is a curd mixed with shrimps, salmon and caviar. It tasted very good and my colleagues were very satisfied and I was happy!
