Looking East along the Grand Union

I dropped C at the hairdressers then I drove here. It is fortunate that at this place I can get out of the car & be on the towpath within 10 yards, so nothing too strenuous. Hip is still sore but it is definitely better than it has been. So today is another day of rest or to put it another way  annoyance & boredom.

Fine sunny morning with a strong warm breeze.

This follows a lightning show last night  but way off in the distance so no rumbles here, though a couple of heavy downpours.
