Plumeria

First buds - ever - for this plumeria, potted by a friend to save it from being destroyed and given to me.  It drops its leaves in the winter and becomes a single stem in an 8-inch plastic pot.  But I have cared for this ugly duckling at least 3 years now and am about to see my reward.   And it looks like the small crimson beauty - can't wait.
