Not sure about this......

A rather grey day, the forerunner of the predicted Southerly storm coming over the weekend?

I'm not sure what to think about the subject of today's Blip, a solar charged picnic table, with 4 USB outlets on the corners. Part of me thinks...what a clever idea! The other part of me thinks....NO, not a good idea. A solar panel charged picnic table in a children's playground - really? This is where kids should come to play and enjoy the fresh air by the seaside, get away from those computer screens, tablets and smartphones, have some quality social interaction face to face with other kids and maybe even engage with their parents for some quality family time. Instead, this seems to only encourage withdrawal into the digital technological world that is taking over our lives?
