Practise session

Received a text message this evening from Sheila, a friend of ours, whose husband Brian (a brilliant guitarist) and his vocalist, Laura, were practising their repertoire for a forthcoming wedding. Sheila invited me to pop along to a venue not that far away and listen to them. They were both fantastic. I've seen Brian perform before (at his wife, Sheila's 60th birthday bash) but never have I seen Laura before, and she, too, was really really good with such a strong, clear voice. Real talent there, in both cases.

This was an impromptu invitation and as such called for an impromptu blip.
