to Stornaway

At 2.48am the tent stopped keeping out the rain.  That will teach me to camp right on the headland at the notoriously windy northwest coast of Lewis.  On the bright side - I hardly saw a midgie the whole trip.

Popped into a wee museum on the way and saw the tractor exhibition :-)

Was extremely delighted that the hostel had a bed and I wasn't the only one.  Hurrah for Hebs hostel which has the most effective drying room.
