Beached whale?

Qi Gong class this morning, then a walk on the South Downs with 4 friends and 4 dogs. This afternoon I did my Talking Newspapers and Magazines session with another reader, John, who brought cakes.  I might engineer another reading with him!  We saw this unexpected sight on our walk this afternoon.
