A Busy Week

It's been a really busy week - I have just finished my 4th day of chairing interview panels. It's surprisingly hard going. I have this poster on my office wall - I have to stop and read it sometimes, just to try to stay grounded. In theory I have next week off. But I have such a backlog I really can't see that happening.
