Eggs on the petunia flower.
I was so thrilled to see these eggs this morning and immediately thought they were the work of a cabbage white butterfly but when I looked in my butterfly book they lay single eggs on the underside of leaves. So without a load of homework they are just eggs.I'm going to try to add extra pictures today. My next exciting find was some solitary bee nests on my now cleared wild meadow patches outside my front gate. I spent ages watching and got a very short video of the actual solitary bee.
