Lara

As always it's been a pleasure to spend precious time with Lara.

She is old, arthritic, blind and deaf, but she continues to wag her tail and eat her food, and makes no demands on her humans. I love her.

In the past week or so I have had three requests to house-sit in August: 2 returning customers plus a new one, and have had to turn them all down because I'm already booked. They all asked if I knew of anyone else who house-sits, but I don't. There seems to be a gap in the market...

PS With Lara lying beside me I've been reminded of her only negative trait - she suffers from flatulence!
