Roy and Richie.

Out for a wee cycle run with Roy and Richie who called in en route to Ladybank. I went as far as the superb Tiffin community café in Newburgh. Grand cup of tea. They continued on to get the train back to Dunfermline from Ladybank. I retired to base to gather my strength for what promises to be a rowdy men's group this evening.
