Patient groups at one of our regular events

Yesterday we held our quarterly Patient Participation and Engagement Group meeting in Oadby. The invited guests - who came from a variety of patient and seldom heard groups across East Leicestershire and Rutland - had the opportunity to hear about and discuss healthcare services in the area. Topics included an update on the recently launched urgent care service and the progress of our new digital strategy aimed at offering people more opportunities to comment and feedback on the services we commission.
