Mad Surfers

The rough weather continues to hit the Western Australian coast with cyclonic winds forecast for this evening.

Today Cottesloe Beach was anything but its normal self as the storm clouds threatened in the distance.

Once again the Beach was almost deserted and the Ocean had attracted only the maddest of swimmers and surfers. Despite the conditions they all seemed to be thriving on the challeges that were being dished up to them by the heavy rolling surf.

Once again it was not for me and I retreated to il Lido Cantina for a double shot latte.
