Model theatre sets

Today G showed me round the Victoria & Albert Museum, one I have never visited before.  I love the theatre and go quite regularly (I saw Jesus Christ Superstar on Monday), so was delighted to find an area dedicated to the theatre.  I was entranced by the model theatre sets and have included three photos of them in this blip.  They were so small (mostly about 15 inches across), yet so intricate.  Unfortunately I forgot to take a note of the shows they were models for.  There was also a horse puppet from WarHorse and lots and lots of other interesting items in this area alone.  We now hope to pay a visit each year after having such a wonderful time today, as there is so much to see.
