Second run...

Had to go to the vets to stock up on medication, so I decided to incorporate it with my second run of the week. It was nice, I went in the morning, before it got too warm, and I did a route taking in the canal, three and five rise locks, the river and the park. I used up the last of my round frame Impossible film too.
