Free Reading!

In a typical week, here on the Costa Blanca, we will pick up 4 or 5 free English newspapers.....one of those in the photo is a monthly paper, the others are published weekly.

The papers print local and national Spanish news, UK and world news, publicity for charity events, clubs and associations, schools, churches, entertainment, sports, small ads etc.

The papers are 'free' to the public, because the advertisers pay for their adverts.
The system must work reasonably well, as we have such a wide choice.

Certainly in our household, we look forward to these local English publications, particularly to keep up to date with local events up and down the coast.
