Running Time

MrsT had my car today for work as I had to drop her car off at the garage for some work and an MOT retest.

I decided to drop the car off and run home (7.5 km) do some work and run back giving me a nice 15 km run today.

However, I got a call to say the garage needed to keep the car in overnight as a part was being delivered tomorrow so 7.5 km was my run for today.

Maybe hit the gym tonight....
