Spartan Race

Apparently there will be 2,500c people descending on Nine Mile Burn this weekend for 'Spartan Race' - it looks pretty hardcore!

There are all sorts of bits of metal, ropes, scaffolding being fitted about the hills just now - these have now turned into an 'Angel of the North' / Hangman, clearly viable from our living room (& a little bit creepy).

In other news, we're now Humanists - well members of the Humanist Society, looks like we've booked the big day!
