Porth Dinllaen
I've really enjoyed today.
Awoke to a fantastic view from our window - the Snowdon range, backlit across Cardigan Bay.
Travelled north to Morfa Nefyn, and a bit of a coast walk. The weather had cleared, fantastic light. Inspected the new-ish lifeboat at Porth Dinllaen, one impressive boat. Loads of sand martin colonies in the sand cliffs. The blip is taken as we sat outside the Ty Coch Inn in the warm sunshine.
Travelling back we stopped off at Llandudno for a late lunch. It looked lovely in the sunshine, lots of people having a good time. And a poster advertising Ken Dodd's Happiness Tour - he plays Llandudno on August 22nd. How old exactly is Ken Dodd !
I've taken lots of photos today, and unusually they've all turned out well. One of those occassions when choosing a representative blip is not easy. I've added some barnacles !
