Face of a baby dragon!

Pond dipping at work today, which turned up a few delights. I think this is a Southern Hawker nymph, who is giving me the evil eye. After the photo shoot we returned him to the pond, but judging by the developing wings, it won't be that long before he climbs out again a fully fledged dragon! We also found a really sweet baby newt (who reminded me of my lovely axolotl Axe who died earlier this year) I have added a shot of him as my extra.
