Clearing the water

Today we went to north London to visit mt wife's brother. It was an awful day weatherwise. Most of our journey was on the motorway. As I was being driven today I was able to pay attention to the passing scenery. Much of it was of course other vehicles and I was fascinated by the heavy lorries and how the tyres cleared the water from the road surface. I think todays blip does show this to some effect.
