Brave

This is Evelyne, who was my school exchange penfriend. She lives near Bourg-en-Bresse, and I have known her since I was fifteen! She rang up out of the blue and came to visit with two of her friends on their way to see the Bastille Day fireworks at La Rochelle. Then they will go camping at Arcachon with Evelyne's daughter and her family for a few days.
Her friends told us that Evelyne would never had come to stay if she had known that we have dogs, as she is terrified of them. But of course George and Millie spent all their time trying to cuddle up to Evelyne as they wanted to know why she didn't love them, because they rarely meet people who flinch and run away when they come near!
