Fun on the Sea.

This morning we went out on the bikes quite early to get a bit of exercise in before the heat of the day, just 10k today to ease Al in.   First time in a while for him.

Came home to cool down a little and then headed off to the beach for a couple of hours.   There were yachts out, surfers, paddle boarders etc. all enjoying what the sea can offer.

So lovely and cooling.   A couple of dips for us and little sun bathing to dry off and then home for lunch.

The idea being that we will try and sort out some kitchen cupboards this afternoon, but given the heat may leave it until after dinner when a little cooler!
