Wire Fence

Mount Victoria near the railway line is a good place to go wandering in search of a blip - there always seems to be so much stuff left abandoned, decaying in silent resignation, including this old wire fence. There seems very little indication of what it was once meant to protect or who it was once intended to exclude but it I thought that it made an interesting photo sculpture. This picture also gave me a chance to do an "Ansel Adams" sky wherein a dark red filter always seems attached. Ahhh! Love that Photoshop "Channel Mixer".
