Rock chip
Had to drive up to Auckland Uni today to do some analysis for work, just for the day. It's been almost 4 years since I left Auckland, didn't know how bad the traffic's gona get, so I left Vegas at 6am.
On my way up, windscreen got hint by a rock chip and had a wee crack :( Poor Rolly (my lil Rav4, named by the last owner, I decided I have to keep the legacy) It's actually not that much of a small crack, I really hope that it can be fixed without needing to replace the whole windscreen. I have no idea about this sort of stuff! Fingers crossed.
When I got home, it was dark. We don't have any outdoor lighting at the house. So I use the headlight as the background light. Photo was taken from inside the car. Interesting to trry to focus on the crack rather than the garage door! Initially I was going to chop the bottom edge (from the wiper), but then later on I decided that the different shades of black make it quite interesting. May be, may be not? Enjoy the "crack like a spider" :)
P.S. just got my flatmate's message today that she's finally on her way back. She should be arriving in rotovegas tonight *whoop whoop* I'm making (experimenting) a "welcome home" cake for her...experimenting recipe. Bahh,...not looking too pretty at the moment. Well hopefully it will at least taste good.
