Happiness

Tess has exuded happiness today, so much so, I've been waiting for the crash moment all day. But it never came. She just kept on getting happier and happier and happier, I thought she might just keel over. What caused this very un-teenage like state of affairs I don't know. Although the clothes shopping in Union square this morning with an acquiescent mother and brother probably helped. But it continued. "Coming out for a walk with us tonight Tess?" "yes!" Straight away, no hesitation. Two hour walk in beautiful evening sunshine and she danced along every single step. What a total gift it has been to be off today with them. I hope it happens again, a Tess day of Zen.
