Fleeting View

Up early and took juno out for a walk up a New Marilyn. Parked and we picked our way through head deep bracken and eventually opening up to a heathery slope. Cracking views inland to the the Sutherland Hills and the coastline to Caithness. I spotted a lizard and with the sun not bringing much heat it was very sluggish and did not scupper away.

Back to the car and home to a sleepy house, the ladies  did some tourist things while I walked along the beach with Juno.
 

Met some people we knew in Dornoch and had a chat.

Tea and an evening coastal walk.
