A view from the fort

Up early and on the road along by the Crinan Canal with a brief detour to take in spectaular views from Dunadd Fort in the Kilmartin Glen. It was here apparently that kings came and placed their foot in the footprint carved in stone.

By my reckoning, these kings had about size six feet. Tiny kings.
