A Tad Wet

It was pouring down by the time I went out today and luckily I had dived into Cafe Nero just in time!!!  I had to stay put until it died down a bit and made a dash for the car a couple of streets away.  The young couple outside the cafe were sheltering from the rain before they made their getaway too.

It was the last day on my Juicy Detox so I am back on food tomorrow.  It will start with a juice in the morning as I have that anyway every day as my breakfast.
