Merrick and Lindsay

This is Merrick's "cousin." It's not really his cousin, but Merrick's mom (my daughter), and Lindsay's mom have always been close, so the kids have grown up together.

Lindsay's family moved to South Carolina last year, so she was visiting for the week. She ended up with us for a few days on the river.

We went for a long pontoon ride on Uncle Steve's boat. The only ones who went in swimming (water temperature 75F) were the two kids, and my S-I-L Doug.

One bad thing? Lisa (my wife) is feeling poorly, so she left to go home with my daughter Julie. Never as much fun without her.

Camping on the river...life is good.
