2015 Thursday -- Stephanie's Soup

It's been a good Thursday. We went to the Farmers Market in Morro Bay at Spencer's Market in the parking lot to get some of Stephanie's delicious soup. I really did not think that I would like the "Tomato Bisque" very much, but it is DELICIOUS! Every week without fail, she stirs up some amazing, extremely delicious soups. Most weeks I have one that is a favorite over the other; not this week. They are both so tasty.

Stephanie and Heather make a fabulous team. All the other vendors at the Farmers Markets tell everyone that she is the "draw" -- she brings a crowd every week. When we are here on the Central Coast, we see that week after week and Stephanie's soups are the evidence of why that is happening. 

Neither one of us likes to cook, so a jar of soup makes for a quick and nourishing meal whether we have it for lunch or dinner. We've been eating a vegan diet since last December when Mr. Fun's doctor recommended that type of diet, so purchasing Stephanie's soup just makes planning meals easy. It also reduces lots of grocery shopping.
