A Summer Rose

We had a somewhat rushed afternoon, trying to fit in shopping for groceries, dinner, clearing up and then heading out to a summer concert by the Tiptree Choral Society at St Luke's.  So I only had time for this quick shot of a summer rose before we left home.  The concert was very enjoyable, marred only slightly by the rather tuneless humming along of two old chaps sitting behind me.  Never mind, at least they were having fun :-)
