Lovely morning with Sue at the IWM. The holocaust exhibition was very good, although harrowing and dreadful in content. It is inconceivable that such things occur(ed).
Home after lunch. Was lively to see Ella and Adam again. Second week of couch to 5k. It's going well. Managed 4.2 k this evening (run/walking) so feeling pleased with myself.
