A great day out!

Backblip....Robin and I were lucky enough to get tickets in the Wimbledon ballot. We were in court number one and saw Martina Hingis and Sania Mirza win their semi-final match, see extra photo (they went on to win the Women's Doubles on Saturday).
Then we wanted to try and see the Murray match but this was the state of play on Henman Hill/Murray Mound!! A security guard mentioned to us that they were going to show it on court two so after a gorgeous lunch (I had farfalle with courgette and chicken and a lemon and garlic sauce) and refreshments we took our seats with the sun at our backs...see the extra photo for what some people were doing to shade their heads!
There was a great atmosphere in Court 2, and one of us could easily pop out for Pimms and strawberries while the other guarded the seats! As you know Murray lost so we were a little despondent but that all changed when we got back to our friend's house for pizza and wine!
