Backyard birdies and Chipmunk's head post - July 6

Obviously babies are being fed as the suet feeders and black oiled sunflower seeds were being visited very frequently early evening today.  The Redbreasted Nuthatch was back and forth every minute or two as were the woodpeckers, Whitebreasted Nuthatch, Tufted Titmouse and American Goldfinch.  Of course the Redbellied Woodpecker and Blue Jay were able to take the biggest chunks of suet back to their nests.   This Chipmunk seems to enjoy my baby statue's head as a lookout and preening post, he spends a lot of time here going to the nearby bird bath for a drink when needed.
