Blowing in the wind...

Have noticed a lot of these wind pumps all over the place. Most look in disrepair,but did notice the odd one turning. This one was in Sa Coma,and looked like it was just for show. I think that the main source of water is ground water,but it must struggle to keep up with demand. It is a thing we take for granted at home,but our springs and wells do sometimes dry up during dry spells.
