Large Skipper

Not such a nice day, windy and spitting with rain. Wondered if I'd find anything to photograph. Walked along the brook in the park. The dog spent almost the entire walk in the water, about an hour. Spotted this, what appears to be, quite an old butterfly. Took about a dozen images and in spite of the wind managed to get three sharp ones.
