A bit of a blobby day, if you can call a day which started with a twenty kilometers run in thirty degrees heat a blobby day. I printed out sixty-two photographs of Mum's holiday and typed up her holiday journal for the last two days. We also learned how to play the Viking Game, a gift from Mum's friend in England.

People have been carrying this omikoshi around the streets all through the day chanting, "Washoi, washoi." Just nipped downstairs quickly to take this photograph before they parked the omikoshi in the shed at it's home in the shrine next door.
